Throwing items in 'Tears of the Kingdom' is super easy once you get the hang of it! Just hold the item you wanna toss, aim with the right control stick, and then press the R button to let it fly. Whether it's a bomb, a rock, or even some leftover food, it's all about that R button action!

Had a bit of a laugh learning this the hard way. Tried to toss a bomb at a Moblin and instead dropped it at my feet… Not my finest moment in Hyrule. Pro tip: hold the item, aim carefully, and then press R to throw. Bombs, apples, you name it - works every time!

If you're a Legend of Zelda player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
