Throwing a Voodoo Doll in Terraria is easy! All you gotta do is equip it in your hotbar and then use your 'Use' key or button (like you would to swing a sword) while aiming at a body of water. Careful though — if it's the Guide Voodoo Doll and you toss it into the lava in the Underworld, you're in for a fiery surprise with the Wall of Flesh boss!

Actually, it's not about throwing; it's about strategically placing the Voodoo Doll where it needs to be for your next big move. Tossing it without thinking can lead to unexpected boss battles or wasted items. So, think before you throw!

Just drag it from your inventory to outside the inventory window and let go. Make sure you're standing near some lava when you do this if you wanna summon the Wall of Flesh. It’s like sending a hot invitation!
