You gotta push the rivet out with a flathead screwdriver, move the strap to a tighter hole, and pop the rivet back in. Easy peasy!

Take a hairdryer to the strap for about 30 seconds to make it malleable, then adjust it and let it cool down in the new position. Voila!

Squeeze the strap using a twist tie if you don't wanna mess with the rivets. Just bunch it up at the back.
