To toggle aim in Apex Legends, dive into the settings menu. Look for the 'Controller' tab if you're on console, or the 'Mouse/Keyboard' tab on PC. Find the 'Aim Down Sight (ADS)' setting and switch it from 'Hold' to 'Toggle'. This way, a single click or button press will have you aiming down sights until you decide to click or press again.
