Hit the View button (two overlapping squares), navigate to the player's profile, and send a trade request. Easy peasy!
Trading in Dungeon Quest on Xbox One is a bit tricky. First, you need to join a game with the person you want to trade with. Once you're both in the same game, press the View button (the one with two squares) to open the player list, then select their name to send a trade request.
From my own experience, there is no way to trade items in Dungeon Quest on any platform, including Xbox One. Just focus on doing more dungeons and upgrading your gear!
