Trading? Don't bother. Farm Yen instead and buy what you need.
From personal experience, the best way to trade is to meet up with friends in a safe area, click on their avatar, and begin the trade through the pop-up options. Keeps it secure and straightforward.
Just press the Trade button while facing another player and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the trade. Happy trading!
