Trading in The Division 2 is pretty straightforward. Find the player you wanna trade with, drop the item on the ground, and they'll pick it up! Easy peasy.
Honestly, the only 'trading' you need to worry about is trading lead with enemies. Focus on the loot drops instead!
You can only trade items that dropped during that session with other players who were there when it dropped. So group up and share the love!
