Just go to a Relay, find Maroo's Bazaar, and initiate a trade. You'll be swapping mods and items in no time.
I always trade at Maroo's Bazaar. Way easier than the Dojo IMHO. Meet your friend there and let's make the deal!
Go to your Clan Dojo or Maroo's Bazaar. Invite your friend to the trading post, and you're golden. Enjoy your new loot!
