Easy peasy! First, connect your Pokémon HOME account to Pokémon GO. Then, in Pokémon HOME, go to the Pokémon box and select the ones you want to transfer. In Pokémon GO, hit the settings menu, find Pokémon HOME, and follow the steps to complete the transfer. Enjoy your new additions!

You gotta link your accounts. Once you do, open Pokémon Home, choose the Pokémon to move, and finish it up in Pokémon GO. Voila!
