TL;DR: You can't trade robux directly; you'll need to use limited items through the trade feature if you have Roblox Premium.
To trade robux, you need to be a member of the Builders Club (now called Roblox Premium). Then, go to the player's profile you want to trade with, click the three dots in the upper right corner, and select 'Trade Items'. Remember, you can only trade items, not robux directly!
From my experience, you can't trade robux directly. Instead, use limited items and then convert those items back into robux through sales or trades.
