Easy peasy! Be close to your friend, both above Level 10, and go to the Friends tab. Select your pal and hit 'Trade'! Watch out for that Stardust cost though; it can be hefty for shiny trades.
First off, you and your friend need to be at least Level 10 and within 100 meters of each other. Then, head to the Friends tab, select the friend you want to trade with, and hit 'Trade'! Just a heads up, trading a shiny will cost a boatload of Stardust, so start saving up!
Just stock up on Stardust and ensure you're within 100 meters of your friend. Trading shiny Pokemon can really burn through your Stardust fast, FYI.
