Super easy! Just go to your Documents folder, then My Games, and then Terraria. Inside, you'll find a folder named 'Players'. Copy the specific character file you want to move to a USB drive or use cloud storage. Then, paste it in the same 'Players' folder on the new computer. Boom, done!
