You can't directly transfer Pool Coins in 8 Ball Pool, but you can play a match with a friend and intentionally lose to give them coins!
You could create a private match, lose on purpose, and your friend will get the coins. Really, it's the only workaround for now.
Just send a text asking your friend to beat you in a friendly match. Coins transferred through good ol' competition!
