How to Transfer Data from PS4 to PS5

I did this last week! Connect both consoles to the same network, and in the PS5 settings, look for the Data Transfer option under System Software. It walks you through it pretty easily.

Make sure both consoles are on the same network and head to Settings > System > System Software > Data Transfer on your PS5. Easy peasy!

Super simple! Just use a LAN cable or Wi-Fi to connect both consoles, then go to Settings > System > System Software > Data Transfer. Follow the on-screen instructions and you're golden!

Or, you could just use an external hard drive to copy your game data and then plug that into your PS5. Takes a bit longer, but it's straightforward.
