I did this once! Just copied the save file from my PC and replaced the one on my iPhone. Worked like a charm, but make sure you backup your saves!
Transferring Fallout Shelter saves from your PC to iOS isn't supported directly in-game, but here’s a workaround! First, locate the save files on your PC - they're usually in the 'My Documents' folder inside 'My Games' then 'Fallout Shelter'. Once you've found them, use a file transfer service or email to send the save files to yourself. Then, on your iOS device, use a file management app to replace the save files in the Fallout Shelter directory. Be sure to backup your original iOS saves just in case!
