Alright, so it's a bit tricky, but totally doable! First, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and PS3. I’ve done this a bunch of times! Just pair your phone and PS3 through the Bluetooth settings on both devices. On the PS3, go to Settings > Accessory Settings > Manage Bluetooth Devices, and register your phone. Once you're paired, go to your phone, pick the file, and send it over Bluetooth to the PS3. Easy peasy!
