Easy peasy! Plug your phone into the PS3 using a USB cable. On the PS3, go to the XMB menu, navigate to Music, Video, or Photos, and find your phone under USB Device. Select the files you want to transfer and copy them to the PS3. Done and done!

Just connect your phone to the PS3 with a USB cable. On the PS3, navigate to the section where you want the content (Music, Video, Photos). Find and select your phone under USB Device and copy the files over.

Honestly, just get a USB stick. Transfer files from your phone to the stick first, then plug the stick into the PS3. It's way simpler.
