Link your Gardenscapes account to your Apple ID or Google Play account in the settings. Then, install the game on your new phone and log in with the same account.

You can transfer Gardenscapes by linking your account to a Playrix ID. Go to the settings, create or log into your Playrix ID, and then log into the same ID on your new phone. Voilà!

From personal experience, I used my Google Play account (Android) to make the switch. Just logged in on the new phone, and all my progress was there. Easy peasy!
