You can't directly transfer the game itself. You need to buy it again for the Xbox Series S, but your GTA Online character can be transferred through Rockstar Social Club. Just link your accounts and transfer your character there!

Sorry, no direct transfer for GTA V from PS4 to Xbox Series S. You'll need to purchase the game again on the Xbox platform.

I've done it myself! You buy GTA V again on the Xbox store. Once installed, link your Rockstar Social Club account and transfer your GTA Online progress. Worked like a charm for me!
