Easy peasy! Just walk up to your ship's cargo hold, open the inventory menu, and drag the items you want to transfer. You're good to go!

When nearby your ship, open your inventory and look for a 'Transfer' option. Select the items and voilà, they're aboard!

Just open the cargo hold menu when you're close to your ship and move the items over. Couldn't be simpler!
