Actually, you can't really 'transfer' money in GTA 5 like you do in online banking LOL. Best bet? Help your buddies in heist missions and share the loot. Or just be generous with those bounties. The game's design is more about making that cash together rather than giving it away.

Transferring money in GTA V online is a bit tricky since you can't directly transfer cash to another player. However, you can share your heist earnings with your crew or friends. After completing a heist, go to the 'Interaction Menu', select 'Inventory', then 'Cash', and choose 'Share Cash from Last Job'. You can then select how much to give and to which player. Another way is to set a bounty on someone and let your friend collect it, though the game takes a cut. Or, you can be a CEO and do VIP work, then share the earnings with your organization members through the same menu.
