Pending robux cannot be transferred immediately. You'll have to wait until the pending period is over (usually 3-7 days) for them to become available.

I've been there! It took about a week for my pending robux to clear, then I could use them as usual.

Unfortunately, you can't transfer pending robux directly. You need to wait for them to clear first, which usually takes a few days.
