You just need to link your PlayStation account to an Epic Games account. Log into Epic Games, go to 'Account Settings,' and link your PSN account. Easy peasy!

Log in to Epic Games on a browser, link your PlayStation account if not already done, then log in to Fortnite on your PC with the same Epic account. You’re golden!

I did it last week! Make sure your PS4 and PC are both using the same Epic Games account. Head to Epic's website, link your PlayStation Network account, and you're golden.
