Sadly, the grind doesn't transfer! V-Bucks on PlayStation are stuck there. But your skins and progress will happily cross over once you link your accounts through Epic Games.

Just log into your Epic Games account and make sure your PS and Xbox accounts are linked. Done and done.

From personal experience: I did this last week. Log in to Epic Games, link both accounts in the 'Connections' section, and your Fortnite goods travel with you. Instant gaming happiness!

Epic Games makes it pretty easy! Just link both your PlayStation and Xbox accounts to the same Epic Games account. Open your Epic Games account on a web browser, go to Account Settings, and link your PlayStation Network and Xbox Live accounts. Boom, you're good to go!
