Unfortunately, you can't transfer PlayStation Plus to a sub account directly. The best way is to access the main account that has PS Plus and use that to share the benefits with sub accounts through the settings on your PS4 or PS5.

You gotta set the main account (the one with PS Plus) as the primary account on your console. Then all sub accounts on that console can access PS Plus benefits!
