You just need to link your Pokemon GO account with your Nintendo Switch in the settings menu. After that, transfer Pokemon to Let's Go Pikachu or Eevee. Easy peasy!

I've done this! In Pokemon GO, go to Settings, choose 'Nintendo Switch,' then follow the instructions to sync. You’ll need Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee on Switch.
