How to Transfer Pokémon to Pokémon Home from Pokémon GO
First, you need to link your Pokémon GO account to the same Nintendo Account you use for Pokémon HOME. Then, head over to your Pokémon GO Settings, tap on Pokémon HOME, log into your Nintendo Account, and voila, you can now start transferring Pokémon via the GO Transporter!

Eh, linking accounts was a pain, but after that, it's just Settings > Pokémon HOME > Log In > Transfer. Done!
Get your accounts linked, hit up the Settings menu in Pokémon GO, and tap 'Pokémon HOME'. Log into your Nintendo Account, select your Pokémon, and use the GO Transporter to ship them off. Easy peasy!
Once your accounts are linked, head into Pokémon GO, tap the Poké Ball icon, then go to Settings. Hit 'Pokémon HOME' and follow the steps to log into your Nintendo Account. After that, select the Pokémon you want to send, use the GO Transporter to move them to Pokémon HOME, and you're golden!
