Easy peasy! Just log into your PSN account, go to ‘Account Management,’ select ‘Account Information,’ and then choose 'Sign-in ID (Email Address).' Enter the new email address and confirm. Done!

I've done this a couple of times. Head to the PlayStation website, log into your account, and navigate to the ‘Security’ section. Change your sign-in ID (email address) there. Easy as pie!
