Create a group, add the player, and distribute robux from the group funds. Note: this method requires a Premium membership.
Roblox doesn't allow direct robux transfers between accounts. Your best bet is gifting items or game passes.
As someone who does this often, I recommend selling a low-cost item in a player's game or group. They get the robux from the purchase.
