Just copy the saves from 'AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica' and paste them on the new system. Easy peasy!
On PC, Subnautica save files are usually found in the 'C:\Users\[YourName]\AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica\Subnautica\SavedGames' directory. Copy the save folders to the same directory on your new machine and voil脿!
I just moved my save files last week! Found them in 'AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica'. Copied the entire saved game folder to my new rig, worked perfectly.
