Short answer - you can't. Bethesda didn't make it easy for cross-platform saves. Better to stick with one platform or start fresh.
Actually managed to do this a while back! Needed to jailbreak my iPhone, find the Fallout Shelter save file, then used an app to transfer it to my PC. It's doable but kinda complicated. Would only recommend if you're really attached to your vault.
Just start a new game, guys. Transferring files between iOS and PC is a headache and barely worth the hassle.
