How to Transfer Subnautica Saves to Another Computer
Copy the save files from the 'C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica\Subnautica\SavedGames' directory on your old computer. Then, paste them in the same directory on your new computer. Easy peasy!

Just use cloud saves, if available. So much easier!
You gotta locate the save folder at 'C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica\Subnautica\SavedGames' on your old PC. Copy the entire folder and paste it in the same location on the new PC. Should do the trick!
Been there, done that! Just grab your saves from 'C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\Unknown Worlds\Subnautica\Subnautica\SavedGames' and plop them in the same spot on your new rig. Worked like a charm for me!
