Sadly, TikTok drafts are tied to the device they were created on. I suggest finishing the video and saving it as private before switching phones.
Done this before! Record your draft directly on your phone鈥檚 camera, then transfer the video file to the new phone and upload to TikTok from there.
TikTok should really have a 'draft cloud' feature by now, but until then, saving and transferring manually is your best bet.
