It's super easy! Just go to the Save Games folder in

C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Warhammer2\save_games and copy the save files to the same folder on your new PC.

You can also use Steam Cloud to sync your save files automatically! Just make sure Steam Cloud is enabled in your game settings.
