You can't directly transfer V-Bucks between platforms. But, if you buy V-Bucks on your mobile and spend them on items, those items will transfer to your Switch account. All you need is to link your Epic Games account to both devices!

You can’t transfer V-Bucks across platforms. You can only share purchased items by linking your Epic Games account.

I tried this myself. Bought V-Bucks on mobile, couldn't transfer, but my cool skins appeared on Switch once I linked my accounts. So, link up and shop away!
