Connect both iPhones to your computer, use iTunes to back up the old one, and then restore it to the new one. Easy peasy!
Quick tip: Make sure both iPhones are running the latest version of WhatsApp before you start the transfer!
I did this last month. Just back up via iCloud, sign in to your new iPhone with the same Apple ID, and restore from iCloud during the setup process. Smooth sailing!
