The easiest way is to use WhatsApp's built-in Google Drive or iCloud backup feature. Just back up on your old phone and restore it on your new phone during setup!
Forget the tools and cloud backups, just use the same SIM card on the new phone and re-register WhatsApp. It automatically prompts you to restore chat history.
