You can't directly transfer Xbox Live Gold to another account, but you can set the receiving account's console as your 'home' console. That way, it shares your Gold benefits!

Sorry, Xbox Live Gold subscriptions are non-transferable between accounts. You'll have to purchase a new subscription for the other account.

I've tried this before; your best bet is to set the other account's Xbox as your home console. This way, your Gold membership will work for anyone using that console!
