Press F1 to open the debug menu. Note the XYZ coordinates in the upper right. Travel towards your target coordinates by keeping an eye on your own XYZ position.

Use the Seamoth or the Cyclops. They’re great for navigating to specific coordinates without worrying about losing oxygen.
