Got an injured survivor? Just head to an Infirmary and use medical supplies to heal them up. And don't forget to upgrade for faster recovery!
You need an Infirmary. Also, make sure you have enough medical supplies. Easy peasy!
To treat injuries in State of Decay 2, you'll need to build an Infirmary at your base. Once it's up, interact with it and select the injured survivor to start the healing process. Medical supplies and a bit of patience will do the rest!
