It's simple: stay in shape by exercising and walking your BitLife character, then go to 'School' in the 'Activities' tab and try out for a team. Boom!

From my experience, having high athleticism and health greatly increases your chances of making the team. Keep your character active and try out in middle or high school under 'School' in the 'Activities' tab!
