Go to Instagram Settings > Privacy > Activity Status, then switch off 'Show Activity Status.' It's that simple!
To turn off your active status on Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, go to Settings, then Privacy, and finally Activity Status. Toggle it off, and boom, you're a ninja!
