Turning copper ore into copper in Fallout 76 is pretty straightforward, you just need to find a Chemistry Station. Once you're at the Chemistry Station, navigate to the 'Smelting' tab and there you'll find the option to smelt your copper ore into copper. Remember, you'll also need some Acid to do the smelting process, so make sure you've gathered some of that as well!

Easy peasy! Just smelt it at a Chemistry Station with some acid. You'll have copper in no time.

Actually, I found out the hard way you need acid along with the ore to convert it at the Chemistry Station. A buddy of mine didn't mention the acid part, and there I was wondering why it wasn't working. Make sure you have both!

Just sell the ore and buy copper. Sometimes it's easier than hunting for acid.
