Easiest way? Go into the Xbox settings while you're in the game, look for the 'Audio' tab, and there you should see a slider for 'Game chat volume'. Turn that bad boy down to your comfort level. Keeps the squad comms without overpowering everything else.
Honestly, I just mute everyone. Social interaction? In my gameplay? Less likely than you think.
Try adjusting the master volume in the game's settings. Sometimes lowering the overall game volume also makes the chat less intrusive. Then, use your TV or headset volume to find a good balance.
