Easy peasy! Just hold down the Pip-Boy button (Tab on PC, Circle on PS4, and B on Xbox One) for a couple of seconds, and voila, no more blinding light in the dark, spooky ruins.

Alright folks, here's the deal: if you wanna kill the flashlight in Fallout 4, just give that Pip-Boy button a long hug. That's Tab for my PC pals, Circle if you're rocking a PS4, and B for the Xbox One squad. Easy as pie.
