In the game's main menu, go to Settings > Gameplay > Injuries, and toggle them 'Off'. Easy!
Why would you turn off injuries? It's part of the game!
From personal experience, go to the game settings, then under 'Gameplay' settings, there's a section for injuries. Set it to 'Off' and you should be good to go!
Just head to the Gameplay Settings, find the Injuries option, and turn it off. Boom, no more injuries!
