Hold down the PS button on the controller for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Simple as that!

Open the Control Center by pressing the PS button, select Accessories, find your controller in the list, and choose Turn Off.

You can also turn off the PS5 controller by going into Settings > Accessories > Turn Off Bluetooth Devices.
