Turning off auto aim, or 'aim assist' in Apex Legends is pretty simple if you're on console. Just head to the game settings, look for the 'Controller' tab, and you'll find the 'Aim Assist' option. Toggle it off, and you're good to go! PC players don't have aim assist to begin with, so no worries there.

Did it myself last week because I felt aim assist was messing with my sniping. Just go to settings under the 'Controller' section. Easy peasy.

Honestly, why would you wanna turn off aim assist? It's there to help you out, especially if you're playing on console. But hey, you do you.

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
