You can also turn off auto-renewal directly on your Xbox console: go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions and then choose 'Turn off recurring billing' for your Game Pass.

Navigate to account.microsoft.com/services, sign in, and then select 'Manage' next to your Game Pass subscription. Just switch off the auto-renewal option from there!
