You can't turn off the beep on the PS5 through settings. You can only avoid hearing it by being quick and switching it off quietly.

To silence the beep on your PS5, hold down the power button for about 7 seconds until you hear a second beep. No more beeps!

I鈥檝e tried everything, but nope, no official way to disable the beep on the PS5. Just turn down your volume if it bugs you!
